Personalised chiropractic care

At The Organic Chiropractic Co, we believe chiropractic care should be individualised to the person in front of us.
People come to us at different ages, with different health histories, lifestyles, concerns and goals. That is why we don't use a one-size-fits-all approach.
We use the latest research to help us to provide evidence-informed best practice.
Explore: we begin by listening
Before making any recommendations, we take time to understand what has brought you to the practice, your health history and the things that are important to you.
Your chiropractor will then complete an examination appropriate to your individual presentation. This may include assessment of spinal and joint movement, posture, muscle function and relevant orthopaedic or neurological findings.
Explain: a process of discovery
Once we have completed your assessment, we will explain our findings in straightforward language and discuss whether chiropractic care is appropriate for you.
From there, we will explain what we propose, why we are recommending it and what you can expect.
There is no standard programme of care. Recommendations are based on your assessment, circumstances, preferences and goals, and may change over time.
Personalised care tailored to your specific concerns
Care for every stage of life
Our approach is adapted to the individual. Care for a baby or child is different from care for an adult. During pregnancy, positioning and techniques are adapted accordingly. As we get older, our health history, mobility and individual circumstances are also taken into consideration.
Whatever your stage of life, we will explain the approach we recommend and obtain your consent before care begins.
Working together
We believe you should understand your care and feel comfortable asking questions.Where appropriate, we may also discuss nutrition, movement, exercise, posture or other everyday physical factors relevant to your situation.
Chiropractic care may be one part of your overall healthcare. If we believe further investigation or another healthcare professional is appropriate, we will discuss this with you.
Our aim is simple: to provide thoughtful, individualised chiropractic care and give you the information you need to make informed decisions about your care.
Enhance: review your progress and tailor your care
Recommendations should change as your needs change.
Your chiropractor will review how you are responding to care and whether the agreed approach remains appropriate. The frequency and duration of care may be adjusted according to your progress, goals and preferences.
You can ask questions, request changes or discontinue care at any time.
